WHY INVEST AT THIS STAGE?

Enter early.
Back the step to scale.

The seed round offers a defined entry point before Wave Dragon’s first full-size, integrated wave-and-wind unit.

Your investment would help advance the engineering and commercial work behind that next step. The ambition extends from a first 3 MW unit to larger power plants, platform supply and technology licensing.

EARLY ENTRY

€0.04 per share

A seed-only allocation at a 60% discount to the €0.10/share proposed for the separate €24m raise.

A FOUNDATION IN REAL SEAS

20,000+ operating hours

Company-reported experience from the historic, grid-connected wave-only prototype in Denmark.

ROOM TO SCALE

3 MW to 38 MW

Five reference designs and a commercial ambition spanning power plants, licensing and services.

THE INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

A preferential entry price.
A larger commercial ambition.

Choose the seed opportunity for an early equity position, or explore the separate raise for the first 3 MW unit. Both rounds are being pursued in parallel.

THE SEED OPPORTUNITY

An early stake.
A 60% entry discount.

Enter the €2.3m seed allocation at €0.04/share and help advance Wave Dragon towards its first integrated 3 MW unit. The seed round funds the work needed to prepare the project and secure its connected funding.

€0.04per share · seed allocation only

60% below the €0.10/share proposed for the separate €24m raise. This is a comparison of fundraising prices, not an assured return.

WHAT YOUR CAPITAL ADVANCES

  1. Construction and implementation planning
  2. Securing the connected €24m unit funding
  3. Commercial development for future power plants

An opportunity for private investors, family offices and sector specialists seeking an early position in offshore energy innovation.

EXPLORE THE PLATFORM

Wave and wind.
One offshore platform.

The proposed 3 MW unit brings wave generation and wind turbines together, putting the same offshore structure to work across both resources.

WAVE ENERGY

1.5 MW

Turn the movement of water into power.

Reflector wings guide waves up a ramp into an elevated reservoir. The collected water then flows through hydro turbines to generate electricity as it returns to the sea.

WIND ENERGY

1.5 MW

Generate from the wind above it.

Two wind turbines mounted on the proposed platform add a second source of electricity, alongside the wave generation below.

THE COMMERCIAL LOGIC

Two energy resources. Shared offshore infrastructure.

Combining wave and wind on one structure is intended to make more productive use of each offshore site and improve the economics of deployment. The first integrated unit is the next step in demonstrating that opportunity.

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE

A proposition with
real sea experience.

Wave Dragon’s grid-connected Danish prototype took wave technology beyond the drawing board. The next investment supports the transition from that operating experience to an integrated commercial-scale unit.

From operating experience to commercial opportunity

The first 3 MW unit is intended to measure and optimise combined power production, supporting the case for larger power plants and repeatable commercial deployment.

What makes the seed allocation distinctive?

The €2.3m seed allocation is priced at €0.04/share: 60% below the €0.10/share proposed for the separate €24m raise. It offers an early equity position while the company prepares its first integrated 3 MW unit and develops future commercial opportunities.

How could the business grow beyond the first unit?

Wave Dragon’s commercial ambition includes complete power-plant sales, wave-platform supply, technology licensing, electricity generation and engineering services. The 3 MW programme is intended to build the full-scale power-production evidence supporting those routes.

Can a strategic partner participate in the discussion?

Yes. We welcome interest from offshore wind developers and operators, energy businesses and potential long-term power users, including data-centre developers. A discussion can explore investment and possible collaboration without presuming a partnership is already agreed.
